These are some of the amazing sites to visit in Oman.

Jebel Akhdar is part of the Hajar Mountain range in Oman. It rises to a height of 2,980 m (9,780 ft). Jebel Akhdar is famous for its wadis and terraced orchards, where pomegranates, apricots and roses grow in abundance due to its mild Mediterranean climate.

Located in Muscat Governorate, the sinkhole was formed by a collapse of the surface layer due to dissolution of the underlying limestone. However, locals used to believe this sinkhole in the shape of a water well was created by a meteorite, hence the Arabic name Hawiyat Najm which means “the deep well of the (falling) star”.

Wadi Bani Khalid is one of the famous wadis in the Sultanate of Oman. This beautiful wadi maintains a constant flow of water throughout the year. Large pools of water and boulders are scattered along the course of the wadi. Visitors can swim in its crystal clear water.

The beautiful golden deserts of Al Shariqya also known as Wahiba Sands, is both intriguing and mesmerising. Visitors can explore the dunes and desert landscapes on a 4-wheel drive or a camel.
